Our overall mission is to set the standard for quality in the “Rotational Industry” throughout the United States, while maintaining the highest principles in the areas of Customer service and satisfaction. RMI Rotomolding, Inc. will institute an aggressive marketing program; competitive pricing criteria; fair and equal employment rules; and practice ethical conduct. We believe recognizing and meeting our fundamental responsibilities to our customers, employees, suppliers, community, and markets we serve can best accomplish our mission.
To Our Customers: We are committed to providing high quality precision rotational molded products that meet customer needs and requirements, as well as developing our “tool making” facility to produce excellent products for customers. We recognize that the quality of our products, and service has a powerful impact on our customers’ operation, reputation, and ability to generate profits; therefore, we are dedicated to continuously improve our operations in order to deliver high quality, safe, effective, and timely products that meet the highest expectations by our customers.
We will ensure a cooperative partnership among all members of our rotational molding, and tooling business that is built upon a framework of mutual trust, respect, dignity, and equal opportunity for employment. We are devoted to improving the image of the rotational industry, and providing the highest quality in the “molding” markets. Our Management is committed to selecting capable, team oriented people and providing them with challenging work in a secure, respectful, and participatory environment.

To Our Suppliers, we are committed to developing cooperative relationships with our suppliers and other business partners by conducting our affairs in a fair and equitable manner, including making timely payments on invoices, promoting candid and open communication when issues arise with honesty and integrity. Our business dealings will focus on recognizing critical mutual interests, including quality, cost, delivery, and continuous improvement.
